Registration for the
workshop is now closed.
$150 Early registration (deadline of September 15th-passed)
$200 Late registration (deadline of October 20th-passed)
We have a cap of 40 participants due to limits of meeting space, so register early to guarantee a spot. On-site registration will not be available.
Refund Policy: If you cancel your registration by October 6th you can get a full refund. After that date there will be a $50 fee, and we will have to review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Abstract submission deadline: October 1st
(late submissions will be accepted through October 15th)
Updates: You may submit updates to your talk(s) at any time by using the form again. Any changes of format (talk to demo or vice versa) should be done before the submission deadline.
You are welcome to submit your presentation before paying the registration fees, but this does NOT guarantee a spot if we reach our cap.
