We will be publishing our proceedings with the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. 

Contribution deadline will be January 19th, 2007, ten weeks after the end of the conference.  Contributions may be uploaded via the Cool Stars 14 proceedings submission portal.

Oral presentations:

There will be 10 pages of proceedings available for invited talks, and 5 pages for each of the contributed talks.  Splinter session chairs will be expected to submit 8 page summaries of their sessions.

The ASP has details author instructions online for preparing the appropriate L^AT_EX files; appropriate L^AT_EX files are available online here as well.

For the CS14 proceedings, a link will be included to the NASA ADS bibliographic database for abstract details for each submission.

Poster presentations:

No written proceedings will be required from poster contributions to Cool Stars 14; however, a DVD-ROM will be included with the proceedings book which will include PDF files of the posters.  12Mb of space is anticipated to be available for each PDF file.
