  • Onsite conference registration: $400 (no credit cards accepted)

    Please submit your poster abstract on the registration form. There is no more space for invited or contributed talks.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Registration fee refunds will be given before 15 September 2009 minus a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel, please email spitzer2009 'at' ipac.caltech.edu. Unfortunately, after 15 September, no registration refunds will be given for canceling attendance to the conference.

Hotel Registration:

You must make your own hotel reservation. We have a special group rate of $128/night. This rate is only available until October 4, 2009, or until all the rooms have been booked. The Pasadena Hilton has setup a special registration page for this purpose. If you wish to reserve a room by phone the conference code is Spitzer Conference.
